The docs don't mention it at the time of this post: https://docs.render.com/postgresql-extensions As many companies #justusepostgres it would be very helpful to have something like pgsearch supported by Render.

Access Control is a function that is operated relatively often among the database items, but sometimes there is a little tension when operating it due to the placement of “Delete Database” and other items at the bottom of Access Control. I would like Access Control to be placed in a safer location.
