I am developing a Spring Boot backend for my portfolio. Users in Madagascar experience high latency with current regions (Frankfurt or Singapore). A region in Africa (for example South Africa, Kenya, or Madagascar) would reduce latency and improve the experience for local visitors.

Subject: Workspace shows "ran out of pipeline minutes" but usage is 0 Service: srv-d7j7e73bc2fs73e5oc0g (amniscard-web) Project: amniscard-prod Workspace plan: Pro Service plan: Standard ($25/month) Symptom: Since Apr 25 ~7:56 PM (UTC-3), all 8 auto-deploys and all manual deploys go from "in_progress" to "failure" in ~1 second. Render UI shows "Your workspace has run out of pipeline minutes." Conflict: My unbilled charges CSV shows: Pipeline Minutes (Build: Starter): 0 minutes used = $0.00 So I am NOT actually out of pipeline minutes. The block message appears to be incorrect. Production frontend is stale at commit ed94e0f from Apr 25 7:35 PM while main branch is at 9ea9e35 (8 PRs ahead). Please unblock builds or clarify which limit was hit. I accidentally deleted the project and now I don't get back the url I need anymore, that's super stupid since I used this URL myself, there is no reason why it should be blocked forever

For my webservice socialsocial, I have been waiting for an extended period of time for therasocial.org to get certificate. Is it possible to manually trigger certificate issuance for this custom domain ? This is the account I access with emaskanazi@gmail.com , my google mail. Do need any other information to address this ?

i can deploy the webs service since yesterday when i click deploy it loads for a second then nothing happens

Try For hobby projects, while click deploy web service button, the button becoms grey then turn back to normal, nothing happend, could you let me know what's wrong?

Please add data center in vietnam because many people need it for web service because of latency to pi network api
