I have an internal OTel Collector stood up for my deployments. It is a private service. Any service that needs to talk to it does so directly through the private network without authentication.

It is really annoying I cannot just tell Render to send its metrics to my internal OTel Collector. I do not want Render to bypass my PHI/sampling settings by going directly to the metric sinks. I also do not want to increase my secret surface area by having to print another write token to give to Render. Please just allow Render to push to an OTel Collector through a private network.
