Configurable email notifications

It would be great to have same kind of notifications we have today for Slack but with email as well. Ideally it'd be great to be able to configure them globally for all the account services and individually per service/worker/cron job
- Deploy failed
- Deploy succeeded
- Deploy canceled
- Deploy started
- Crashed
- Cron job failed
We don't use slack internally so we could not use the slack notifications at the moment.

+1 It would be great to get slack notifications for maintenance windows in particular. We missed a maintenance window because the notification email was sent to an old email address (our billing email, which did not match our user emails). That caused us to think there was an outage and also caused the maintenance window to be at one of our peak traffic times. In general, more notifications (via Slack/Email) for maintenance windows would be very helpful (and also more advance notice, 5 days is a short amount of time to plan for a full 5 minute outage of our service).

Any updates here? I want to point the event emails at Datadog so that I can alert using PagerDuty on failures. But I'm nervous of pointing our billing email address at PagerDuty, in case we miss any important emails.
