For my webservice socialsocial, I have been waiting for an extended period of time for therasocial.org to get certificate. Is it possible to manually trigger certificate issuance for this custom domain ?

This is the account I access with emaskanazi@gmail.com, my google mail. Do need any other information to address this ?
