Lack of MySQL is a bit of a dealbreaker :( I think this would go a long way in attracting and retaining customers.

Jason Sultana: Agreed. I'm new to serverless. Render seems like a really solid platform. However no php and mysql support are deal breakers for me, unfortunately. :(

There's a few features that come with the Postgres offering that would be great to have with MySQL that the private service version doesn't offer. Thinking of access control + connecting outside of Render and read replicas.
