Private AWS VPC, i.e for RDS - Aurora Postgres/MySQL

Right now if you set the environment variable PORT or you are on IPv6, the auto-detection of ports fails. This is very annoying as we usually know exactly which ports should be exposed internally anyway. I would like to be able to specify PORT=8080 for the external port and PORTS_INTERNAL=7000,8000,9000 for the internal ports. This gives us an escape hatch when the auto-detect fails for some reason.

Currently the subnet used for each team is the same. This is problematic if you use a VPN like tailscale to access multiple teams as the subnets conflict with each other. This is related to https://feedback.render.com/features/p/network-isolation too once projects are isolated.

For services that need shared access to ephemeral data, I would like to be able to mount a file path from another service for access to a shared data path, without requiring a disk for persistence.
